Zinco Cofani started as a de facto company in 1969 and was then registered among other businesses as number 123390 on May 3 1969. The founding partners were Pierino Guazzora and Augusto Pavan. On December 16 1987 the Zinco Cofani became a limited company, with the registered office at 9 Galleria Carrobbio, Vigevano, Italy while the administrative office was formerly located at 9 Via Marzabotto, Mortara, Italy.
